We created a wind-powered art installation to bring to life how Elena Delle Donne is powered by the wind. The sculpture, crafted by artist Michael Murphy, uses 1,606 wind spinners and a 20x20ft metal structure to create a unique perceptual experience for the viewer: the portrait of Elena can only be viewed from one specific vantage point. The sculpture was placed outside the Chicago Sky arena for fans to interact with.
